T-Sil Range
Developed as an alternative to traditional matt finishes, the T-Sil range provides users with a brighter aesthetic without compromising on technical performance. Manufactured using high consistency silicone rubber (HCR), these fabrics benefit from enhanced durability, colour retention and finish consistency compared to liquid silicone rubber (LSR) coatings.
Key Features of T-Sil:
- Available in a selection of bright, pigmented colours including silver, red, green, black, and blue
- Single- and double-sided coatings available
- Can be applied to silica fabrics
- Calcium-free formulation
- Some grades are fire-tested to EN 13501
- Demonstrated resistance to water and oil penetration
T-Sil is well suited to applications where aesthetics are a consideration alongside performance, and where repeated handling or mechanical stress requires a tougher surface coating.
Tri-Sil Range
Where maximum protection is required, the Tri-Sil range offers a truly impermeable silicone coated cloth. Designed for critical environments where resistance to both liquids and heat is essential, this fabric has achieved outstanding results in both oil and water repellency testing.
Test performance:
- Hydrostatic Head (BS EN 20811 / ISO 811): >500 cm H₂O
- Oil Repellency (BS EN 14419): full resistance across multiple test oils, including mineral oil, n-hexadecane and n-heptane
The Tri-Sil range is particularly suitable for sealing, containment, or barrier applications where prolonged exposure to fluids or high-pressure washdown may occur.
